Also, I have a pretty solid budget for the Kissimmee auction (the big one).

What I don't have is room.

At the same time, my collection is worth a whole lot more than I paid for it, so on paper the value of my assets has increased a great deal.

In theory, I can fit one more barn where the others are, but I'd have to cut a few trees and extend the driveway even further. It'd have to go in behind another one of the barns. I'd also have to have a bunch of soil removed - hopefully not reaching bedrock. If that's the case, I'd need someone in to do some blasting. But, it shouldn't need that?!?

I'm faced with a choice that I need to make soon.

That'd bring my total to five. I have the budget to do it. I've looked at my year-end in prep for January's taxes and I'm good to go.

My collection has appreciated eight figures since initial purchase prices. Not high eight figures, but still eight figures.

Add to that what I got back for the botched AMG ONE purchase...

It would mean I could turn a half barn into my own private showroom, where I exhibit the best of the best/my absolute favorites, covered in memorabilia and all that... It also means more room for organization.

I'll find out if I can still rent the storage space I used last year. I don't think they've rented it out long-term yet. So, that'd be awesome.
