Yeah, it's an old factory in Wilton. Nothing has rented out the space as far as I know, so I shouldn't have a problem renting it.

I have a few other choices, including one in Farmington, if that doesn't work. Otherwise, I'll have to expand my search. I like the place in Wilton for the easy access, space distribution, and month-to-month leasing options.

One of these days, I'll go through my records and give you a number - and we'll then both know how many cars I own.

I'm pretty excited for the auction, though I am able to be a lot more selective now. I've already checked off a whole lot of boxes. I have something in every category, really.

That one guys collection you sent me the link to the other day looks to have several outstanding opportunities
