They are playing right here in town and the people that live in Los Angeles are going to feel extra cold as it is only 14 degrees outside
Yeah, it's all good. They're used to playing in the cold by now - they've had some road games recently.
I once heard that there's no special advantage when the home team is more accustomed to the cold. I dunno if that's true, but an announcer mentioned it.
Either way, statistically speaking, GB has a good chance tonight. As I don't give a shit about the other team, I'll root for GB with you.
I have decided to drink beer.
I believe that I read the real advantage is the team that has had more days off between games. Sometimes one team has less time between games and they lose at a disproportionate rate to teams with the same amount of days between games.
Even though, the Rams have not played any games in 14 degree weather, this is the coldest it has been here this winter and it feels damned cold out there to me, and I live here. It had been hanging around 30 degrees or so mostly but this feels colder.
These days, they're analyzing so many factors. It's insane how much data they're processing and how they're processing it.
One of the reasons I keep watching football (and I haven't done much of that for ages) is that football is just that good lately. There's some really good football being played.
