That has been my thinking - except they were playing for a seed. My thinking is they're going to effectively score it as a tie.

That's just a guess about how it'll be effectively recorded in the records, presumably with an asterisk beside it.

As far as the Bills go, this is either going to pump them up for the next game or it's going to fuck with their heads and make them play worse.

I think this incident could really derail the team. Especially if he dies tomorrow or something like that

It could. It could also turn into a "Let's win it for Hamlin!" type of scenario.

I suspect he's going to be 'fine'. By that, I mean he'll live out a fairly normal life. They were quick with the CPR and giving him shock treatment.

I doubt he'll play football again, but I suspect he'll be more or less fine. While he's in 'critical care' that could be largely due to his status. For better or worse, some of us get better treatment in hospitals.

I have seen reports that he is already dead but who knows how reputable they are
