Now with Seattle winning, Detroit is out of the playoffs no matter whether they win or lose, though if the Lions can win tonight, they knock Green Bay out of the playoffs and put Seattle, the team that just knocked them out half an hour ago, into the playoffs.
Also, Hamlin appears to be in a regular hospital bed, not in ICU. He didn't even have any monitors hooked to him at this point.
(I saw the hospital footage more clearly and fully - as I kinda missed part of it earlier.)
He's gonna be just fine.
I might end up surprised. There really is some chance that he returns to play the game at the professional level.
My biggest reasons for thinking he won't is who's gonna insure that?!? Who's gonna risk that publicity if he dies?!?
I guess if he gets medical clearance they insurance signs off, lots of guys return form injuries
Yeah, it could actually happen. Imagine if the dude goes on to have a stellar career and ends up in the Hall Of Fame? LOL It'd be quite a story.
Shit, someone's gonna make a movie out of it.
And, yeah, I see/hear GB has to win. The GB QB has a shitton of experience in these situations.
Go GB!!!
I kinda wanna see GB v Niners just so we can talk shit and bet on the game. LOL That's a FINE reason to root for GB!
