Once again, it's time for the FNGT!

If you don't know how this works, . That link will take you to another site to give you some additional information and tell you about some of our off-site features. That's also the site where we will host the weekly guitar threads, should Poal go down.

NOTE: That site is by invitation only. If you want an invite, and you're a regular participant, then just ask theBuddha, or myself.

If you do know what's going on, you probably don't need to click that link - but you may want to, to make sure you know of the other features, such as the archive or a separate forum that's invite only.

Remember, we are guests here on Poal. Let's act like it. If you're interested in supporting Poal, then .

Damned right, I can. I own two of 'em now. I love putting 'em on after dinner - or sometimes before dinner. They're the same thing, more or less, as a dinner jacket.

I don't have a dinner jacket or a smoking jacket. I do have a few winter jackets, even though we barely need one so far this January, it is 40 degrees.

Huh... I'm on the other end of the spectrum.

We have wet snow (just below freezing) and wind. Mains power has flicked off a few times in the past hour, but remains on.

I only care about mains power (more or less) because my cell phone now dies like 30 minutes later. I assume they need to replace the battery backup, or fix a generator if it has one of those.

I'm kinda amazed I'm still online.

Also, if the power is out, I don't have power to the barns. I still have power to my garage, but the barns have no power. The shop has power, but not much. It has enough power to keep the basics running, including lights. So, the mechanics have an easy day if the power is out.

I'm having two Pilot delivery trucks (8 cars each) delivered to the house. I have like four items being brought up on flatbeds 'cause they don't fit in the regular Pilot trucks. My shipping bill isn't too bad.

I always put this stuff on a credit card that pays 2% cash back. So, that saves me quite a bit. It means I spend just 3% for the auction fees.

I dont think the power going out is something I have to deal with here tonight, but you never know

Also, this week's vehicle has a gun turret. It's OD green. It has 4 wheels. It has a diesel engine that'll burn most anything. It's still in service. I have driven a number of them.

That should be enough clues.

It got to be a HMMWV huh?
