A couple of them came over not too long back and watched us jam out and they loved it, had the time of their lives

Yeah, I understand, I have a friend who's wife works with terminally ill children, and to me that seems like it would be so much worse than what my woman does

A percentage of the children my daughter works with die. Fuck that. I can't deal with that every day.

She not only works pediatrics - her specialty is trauma - from burns to abusive parents who shook them and then tossed them down the stairs.

That job would tear me up inside.
