Im going to tell you a little story before Verle gets here.

Back ten years ago or so I was in jail for six months for a bunch of bullshit I didnt even do, but anyways, to the point. I had huber for child care, so I had 60 hours a week where I could leave the jail, and being in jail I couldnt afford rent so all my things were in a storage garage and I stayed at my mothers house with my kids when I got out for the huber thing. I got like 10 hours a day six days a week to spend there. So I did some online computer repair thing while I was at my moms house, without telling the jail. but I digress.

To get the huber you and be able to drive a car you had to show insurance and title and drivers license and buy a parking spot, they wanted to know what make model and color the car was, and were adamant that was the only car that you were allowed to drive and you were only allowed to park in the spot you paid for and a bunch of other hoops to jump through. Well when I was in jail I did not have a car, but my mother let me use her car to get the huber as I had money in the bank and I told her that I would buy a car online when i got out and could go by her house for 10 hours a day, and that's what I did.

Except the jail has a rule stating that you can not buy a car while you are incarcerated. That is against the law. I dont give a fuck about stupid laws so I bought one anyways. It was a toyota celica, 98 or so, I dont remember for sure. But that way my mom wouldnt have her car gone all night every night while I was in jail. And the jail didn't notice when I started parking that car in the spot i bought.

So I was all good, I liked that little car. It came with a set of 4 brand new snow tires, and it was november so I put them on the car in case of snow, you never know, and new tires LoL

So this one day the jail wakes me up and says time to go, but when i get to the intake out going, area, they are telling me there is a real bad blizzard and am I sure I want to go do the child care today. I dont want to be in that jail at all so I told them I am being counted on, I have to. And they let me out.

When they said it was a bad blizzard, they were not kidding, this was one of those 24" dumpings, and my car was buried up to the windows. It took me an hour just go get out of the parking spot, and another hour to get out of the parking lot.

This day, my son was receiving a package of guns that he had won in a sweepstakes raffle drawing online and they were said to be sitting on my ex wifes porch, so I had told him the day before I would pick them up for him on my way home from jail, which I also was not supposed to do. But I did anyways. That car with the new snow tires handled great once I got on the roads, those at least had been plowed at some point and were only a half a foot to a foot deep, not two feet deep like the parking lot.

I was having a blast driving that car through the blizzard. That thing would go through the snow so great I was laughing at people spinning their tires on a green light while I just drove away like it was a summer day. I picked up the box of guns from my ex wifes porch and headed to home.

Where my mother lived was out in the country by farms fields and house every half mile or so and the wind was whipping and the snow was falling hard and the visibility was near zero. I was on my cell phone talking to my girlfriend at the time going down a two lane highway, one lane each direction, in the country like 10 ot 15 mph cause I couldnt see anything, everything was just white.

Whan all of a sudden out of the white, ten feet in front of me, was a huge yellow V plow. I let go of the phone and turned to the left into incoming traffic cause I did not want to get hit head on with the center of that V. And wham! All of a sudden, snow. Snow everywhere. I'm upside down. Packed in snow. In my car. Packed in tight as can be. The plow as it hit me threw all the snow it was moving, right through my passenger window and filled my car completely in snow. That phone I was on, that I dropped when I saw the plow. was right there in the snow next to my head. I moved my hand to where I thought the drivers side window would be and it broke through to outside.

I dug my way out of the car and got to my feet, and there was the big road grader plow with the 10 foot tall wheels and everything that had hit me, He had backed up and got back on to the right side of the road. The driver of the thing was walking towards my car and he suddenly hollers out "you're alive?!?"

Then the cops come and they let me sit in the back of their cop car and they are trying to direct the traffic that been building up around my car on the highway. One cop is at the front bumper of the celica, and another at the rear bumper, and they could not direct the traffic around my car because they could not see each other. This was a little two door celica, they could not see each other dressed in black with flashlights through the snow that was falling. Thats a bad white out.

Anyways they get more cops and figure it out, and one of them comes to take my statement, and I tell him the damned thing came down the wrong side of the road and you see the conditions he flipped me over onto the oncoming traffic lane, and the cop is like, I can see he is in the right lane, you were on the wrong side of the road, what ever, I want about to argue, cause I still had to tell him I was on huber and all that, and I did and he offered to take me the rest of the way to my mothers house. I accepted his offer. I told him there was a package in the back seat for my son and asked if I could grab that out of there and bring it with me, he says no problem. I was on huber for a felony and here I am grabbing a box of firearms out of the back seat and taking them with me into the police car and getting a ride home with them

When i got back to jail they threw me in the hole and took away my good time, cause I bought the car and was using a car that I did not tell them and all LoL

They never knew about the guns LoL

I was wrong. I just went and measured and we're at about 16" of new snow.

It's about goddamned time. The snow is slowing down so it's time to play with the plow truck. I'll go into the village and do the church. My son's already out plowing all the houses I used to plow - plus some contracts he's picked up for money. He's turning into a pretty good kid.

His house will be paid off much sooner than expected, so he'll be taking a piece of my property to build his own house. He'll rent out the one in the village to pay for the house construction loan. By that point, I won't even need to co-sign for him.

Cool. I should tell my kid to save his money and get a plow truck he likes to drive and bash into things

There's good money in smashing snow. Add in landscaping during the warmer months and he'll be financially independent in no time - assuming he does good work.

And, it was funnier than hell listening to the cop explain it to him over and over again. "This lane is your lane. That lane is not your lane." etc...

I am in for the night. I cleaned up all my snow. I sanded. So, we should be good to go. We have two more storms coming in the next few days. This pleases me.

Also, I have two replacements for my favorite streaming sites.

My mission to watch TV is not at an end! I was kinda optimistic and ready to switch to radio. But, I decided to dig deep and lean on some other resources. I even scored a free account on a private site that's got the registration disabled.

Well, the two Pilot trucks made it here. The rest went to Wilton. I have another bunch coming over the rest of the week, but some are coming up behind the storm. That'll be here on Thursday. I may have a load in on Saturday and then the rest should be here (in storage, not at my house) the following week. A few oversize loads will be here behind the storm, brought by flatbed I presume.

Because of the weather, we gotta hose everything down. They've been out in a wet and salty environment - which would probably be okay but I want to reduce all risks, so they get hosed off completely.

J still doesn't know. Her birthday is coming right up. The two loads we got here were just some stragglers and some SUVs that I'm going to sell unless J picks them. I got a good price on all of 'em. So, they'll sell just fine. Hell, they'll probably sell with enough profit to cover anything J actually chooses. I'll pretty much be giving her a nice vehicle that cost me next to nothing at the end of the day.
