How many vehicles fit on a truck? You must have something like 20 of them coming! Were you there to see the vehicles when they got there?

8 per truck, generally. The very expensive rides in enclosed trucks, but that's a bit more expensive. So, most anything under 6 figures comes on the same kind of truck you see delivering new cars to a car dealership.

I had no choice but to be here. LOL They're not gonna deliver 'em without me here. This is the kinda thing where you show ID.

I can designate another recipient and usually a passphrase. They'll call me and ask if the passphrase is correct. This isn't a UPS delivery. They take this shit seriously.

Each carrier can fit from 5 to 9 vehicles, all things considered. These held 8 'cause they were fairly large.

Setting up the shipping for each vehicle was why I was on the phone and 'net for an extra few hours after the auction was done.

The bigger enclosed stuff fit 4 vehicles inside them.

Does everything you have seen look as good as expected so far?

Have the enclosed loads showed up yet?

We inspect everything as it comes off, visually at least. It's not a quick process, nor is it meant to be. The truck drivers are used to it taking a bit. It's not like they're loading container ships with new cars.

Nothing enclosed is here at my house. A couple of the trucks in Wilton will have been enclosed. I had my son and co down there, along with one of the mechanics. The other one was with me.

The rest will be delivered to storage in Wilton, so they'll attend to that - though I'll likely go down to supervise.

My internet died out. It was due to do so. It should be good for a while now.
