If it were me, I'd be drilling on it.
Well, no... I'd have someone else do it for me. I don't know if we'd have gone cutting the nut off or anything like that - but I wasn't there, so I don't know.
They figured if the cut the bolt off at the frame, it would come right out under the frame where the bolt is with heat and hammer. The bolt goes up three inches above the frame holding the control arm and sub frame. The top half of the bolt came off after cutting it at the frame. But the smooth part going through the frame is stuck like a bitch.
That's a pretty shitty position to be in.
You might be able to weld something to the bolt, giving you a bigger target for the hammer.
I think they are going to get more acetylene and try again this afternoon when we get home from work
