Once again, it's time for the FNGT!

If you don't know how this works, . That link will take you to another site to give you some additional information and tell you about some of our off-site features. That's also the site where we will host the weekly guitar threads, should Poal go down.

NOTE: That site is by invitation only. If you want an invite, and you're a regular participant, then just ask theBuddha, or myself.

If you do know what's going on, you probably don't need to click that link - but you may want to, to make sure you know of the other features, such as the archive or a separate forum that's invite only.

Remember, we are guests here on Poal. Let's act like it. If you're interested in supporting Poal, then .

thats a college rule, they must have adopted it

I wonder what other rules are different?

Also, it's kinda weird watching football while entirely indifferent to who wins.

At this stage, I know nothing about the teams. I don't have a favorite team, or even a favored outcome. I don't give a shit who wins and who loses at this stage.

It's like watching some Division 3 college game between two colleges you never heard of before

I was thinking it was like stopping somewhere in Small Town Oklahoma and spending the weekend there - watching the high school football game because that's what everyone did in the town. So, just to have something to do, you went and watched the game and your next plan is to stop by the local watering hole to get a few drinks into you before you try to find someone to take back to the hotel room with you...

That's kinda what it feels like to me, except there's no hotel, I'm not in Oklahoma, and the missus won't be happy if I bring a strange chick back from the bar.

It's not unlike going to a local football game when I first moved here, either... The number of people who turned out might be similar.
