Some people just seem to need to have something to bitch about.
Like back when I first met you. I had this girlfriend for like ten years, and she bitched all the time, when there was nothing to bitch about she would invent something to bitch about. Like she would be here at my house visiting me and everything would be fine and she would go use the bathroom and when she came out she had a tampon and she was demanding to know who's it was, and why it was there. Or if we were in the bedroom and I left for a moment to get a drink or use the rest room, every time I returned she would produce a pair of panties or a bra that she claimed to have just found in my bedroom while I was out of the room for a moment. She wasn't happy unless she had something to bitch about. and if she didn't have something to bitch about, she would look until she found something.
At first I thought she bitched because she cared, but it turned out, she is just a bitch. She still messages me every week, telling me how she hates me and how she would never touch my cock again and how karma is going to get me and on and on. She still wants me LoL
There's a subset of the population that thrives on drama, outrage, and offense.
They're always outraged at something, even if it's nothing major.
They like to pick at others so they dont have to face their own issues, I think
I call it an 'outrage culture', where we each vie to be more outraged than the last person.
So, if Person A is angry about Issue A, person B must demonstrate more outrage than Person A showed.
And so it goes...
I blame the proliferation of social media, echo chambers, and a new social world where we aren't always face-to-face when communicating.
