The ball fell off the platform (during the kick) due to the wind.

So, the referee called a 'do over' and the wind was still high.

So, the referee hunkered down and held the ball for the kicker. Nobody complained. Everybody thought it was just awesome.

Just to keep things interesting, we should have to root for different teams.

If we end up with the same team, we'll figure something out.

My reasons for picking DC are pretty shallow, so I could change out if needed.

That'd never happen in the NFL.

The dude held the ball just fine. It was just the place kicker, so it's not like it really changed the outcome from what it would have been had the equipment held the ball properly.

And Vegas is doing okay this game. They even just got a pick.
