There's St. Louis... There's a team there. That's closer to you than any team is to me. It's also the closest team to you, I'm reasonably sure.

I never even been to St Louis. Do they have Indy or Detroit?

You could do what I do a lot of the time.

You could root for the underdog - which would be Vegas, both overall and in this game. They've not won a game all year long.

By next week I'll have to have a favorite team or I'm not gonna bother watching much more. I think I'm gonna go with the Defenders. That has nothing to do with their record, it has to do with me just picking the first team I knew of.

Nope. Just St. Louis.

I've been there. Then again, I've been to every single city that has an XFL team. Hell, I've been to every city that has an NFL team.

St. Louis has the giant arch, the gateway to the west. You can actually go up in it, in an elevator that moves both up and sideways. I've got pictures from the observatory at the top. It's 600-something feet tall. I forget how tall exactly, 'cause I was drunk.

I know about the arch. I don't believe I have ever set foot in Missouri.
