That's how you do it. Grab at least 4 oz at a whack and you'll get good prices.

LOL I'll be up at the same time I'm usually up for. I tell my body that I lost an hour and I'll still be awake at no later than 06:00 and will probably be awake at 05:00 just in case.

It's what my body does after all those years of being up early.

Sometimes now, not very often but sometimes, I can sleep in a little while. More often, I can give it a while and fall back to sleep - but that's a choice.
