With a chord bible and a few song books, then reading tab, and then some YouTube videos. Maybe take 3 to 6 months of professional lessons.

Little secret:
You don't have to master it just to have fun. You can actually do a lot with just a dozen chords. Many songs require only 3 to 5 chords.
You can do wonders with E A D G C - the B and F are not all that common in a lot of popular music.
