History is Absolute. Every Gov. that requires the citizen to disarm, Kills and or imprisons them. A Gov. that wants to Lead and not Rule would want a strong Armed citizen to protect the country. Examples are easy, Chicago, NY City, Aus., England, Germany and now Canada are being stomped and overrun with crime NOW, Because the citizens are disarmed and the Criminal is magically Not disarmed. Notice that the Gov/ police are NOT protecting the citizens.
