It shouldn't even need to be challenged. It's unconstitutional on its face. Who ever introduced, cosponsored, or voted for this should be imprisoned and banned from any public office forever.

The "pass blatantly unconstitutional laws only for them to be challenged and overturned" is just a big fucking hand out to jewish law firms.
