The Bill of Rights is not up for debate. They are Not 'rights' Given to Americans by gov. to be taken away by little communist govs. They are The Rights of The People that a gov, ANY gov, may not infringe. The 2nd Amendment says that out loud, so yes and gov. that attempts to ignore it is absolutely guilty of treason.
