TLDR: The bill used to take Suppressors out of the regulation by the National Firearms Act entirely. But has now been amended to only reduce the Fee to 0$ but you still have to register it with the government, and you still have to buy one from a manufacturer instead of being able to make your own.

Fucking ass clowns can't get anything done when they control the government. What fucking good are these retards? It's all steal money, suck dick for israel, warmonger. But I want to buy a suppressor and suddenly we have to have all kinds of discussion about it.
