Anyone who doesn't wish to "temporarily" surrender their Second Amendment rights at the train station door or while waiting at a bus stop are free to not use public transportation, the judges said.

The "you don't have to participate" excuse for government overreach is so tired. If I'm taking a bus or train to work it's because I don't have any meaningful choices. Wasn't so long ago they also said that you didn't have to participate in gainful employment if you didn't want an experimental medical treatment.

How about this: if anyone doesn't like that I can carry a firearm on the train, "they" can choose not to participate. Seems a bit more reasonable to me.

I bet the Chicago nigger thieves with the Obama guns will see the sign, and leave their unregistered guns at home. Without their guns, they won't commit crimes like murder and robbery, and the world will be safer for everyone.

I'm sure we will see a dramatic drop in Black on xxxx crime after this.
