You misunderstand Hitler's meaning of racialism: it is to love ones own race and wanting the best for it, while wishing other races to do the same for themselves.

Hitler did not have ill will for other races.

let niggers be niggers in africa, who gives a shit? But he sure did not want them living among (hence inevitably breeding with) the Nordic race.
