Wrong. Poverty does not make criminals. A lack of empathy and impulse control, coupled with a propensity for risk taking and violence, make a criminal. DNA makes a criminal, not environment. Murder is just a form of violent crime. Niggers and Jews are genetically more prone to commit murder -- niggers because they are of low intelligence and lack empathy and impulse control; Jews because they are genetically a tribe of sociopaths who kill to advance their ends. You can put a good person into harsh conditions, and that person will not become a murderer, unless they have that tendency latent in their DNA.
