Eh, I think me and you are looking at this quote from different angles cause it smells like bullshit to me. If I "pay" for the state via taxes then yes I guess I want to live at the expense of the state. But if its my money that's paying for the "state", fuck the middle man. Ill live off my self. Eggconomy ftw.
You're making this too complicated. The point is that the state is the people, but the state also wants to expand to control those people.
