I usually say i love all people and say that these kind of people are sick and disturbed and if we stopped saying they're perfectly normal we could help them just like you treat someone with severe depression, or other sicknesses/disorders. Altough it might not work in the western Europe and USA as good, since from what i know, it's cucked as fuck, way more than where i live but if you talk to a mother with a son that's a faggot and say to her that he can be treated and she is able to have grandchildren it's going to have a hell of a impact on her.
