this is how we win the culture war, we dont need to beat their ideas, they are self defeating anyway, we simply need to be where the grass is greener, let them embrace fat acceptance while we hold our selves to a high standard
you dont even need to go to the gym, you can get the greek look doing body weight exercises, do planks until you can do push ups, when push ups are not giving you that burn anymore switch to 1 handed push ups, squats or running/long walks/hikes for the legs
to easily build muscles eat more cumin and turmeric, eggs, red cabbage, work your muscles until you cant anymore then drop down to a lower effort activity to get that little bit extra work in, also dont eat soy products, avoid eating a large amount of onion and garlic(although in moderation is fine)
its not as hard as you think and you will feel better too, also if you live near the coast consider foraging for seaweed, its a fantastic food additive that is packed with nutrients
