I don't see the implication of "race" and competition, but I also see no reason why whites should handicap themselves, at all.
Race as in competition; IE: race car, running a race, political race, etc. Oddly, that word and genetic makeup are somehow interchangeable -- I'm sure that it was no accident.
Of course Whites should not help anyone but themselves. Anything more is frankly promoting dependency.
Whites have always been charitable to non-whites. Maybe it's against our best interests, but we do it anyway.
I guess by the time we stop being charitable and start fighting back, our dominance over our enemies is clearly justified.
We are nice to non-whites until we are not nice, and become berserkers, crusaders, and destroyers.
