Thanks, this was really insightful on some small details (like cooking there burger a little more then I usually would, and getting the rice right).

Now I have a plan, and this Sunday I'm going to be loco moco comatose.

Definitely some things I need to tinker out, but I think its not bad for a mainlander's first try.
