Basically everyone that works in a "modern" job are vitamin D deficient, of course it would be good for you to supplement. That and you know GO OUTSIDE.

Depending on your latitude it's impossible to get sufficient vitamin D during the winter months.

I used to take 1000 IU daily, but now do 5000 IU x2 a week. I apparently was so deficient I was exhausted at all hours regardless of how much sleep I got. I'm talking falling asleep while standing in the shower after 8.5 hours of sleep.

Supplementing vitamin D changed all that. I have energy now, I don't get sick as often or for as long. It literally changed my life.

If you have chronic fatigue, give a shot for 30-60 days and see if that cures it.

I have been thinking about that for ages. Yeah, looks like I should probably be trying to take it daily..
