May be an ISP/infrastructure issue. Pic8 is currently up and serving. Since you can't even get to the homepage of pic8 there is something wrong between your connection and pic8. I am unable to pin down the exact cause (because I cannot test from your network)
Thanks picman. I think it must be at my end. I just changed wifi provider and the new one has been a bit pissy at giving me access to certain sites that are not politically correct. I have a friend who uses Sky for his internet and they used to block voat and 4chan. If my new wifi provider keeps going sjw I'll bin it. (I'm using Brirish Telecom)

pic8's been banned on facebook for awhile now, so I wouldn't be surprised if other ISP's/etc. have it on their lists as well
Update - pic8 works fine when I switch to mobile data but blocks it when I put wifi on. Conclusion: British Telecom is halting access to pic8. BTHub is the wifi so back it goes and I'll plug my old one back in (EE, which is actually owned by BT).
