We are responsible for the problems in the black community. It is analogous to the raccoon problem in Japan. In the 70s a popular cartoon called Rascal the Raccoon spurred thousands of raccoon importations as pets, when the animals matured and became difficult they were released into the wild. Now Japan has a raccoon explosion, there are no natural predators, furthermore the propensity of the male raccoon to impregnate multiple females has led to an explosion in the population. It has also precipitated a rabies epidemic. The Japanese brought the racoons to Japan, where there were no racoons, while in captivity they were controllable, but when freed they became a problem.

"We" didn't bring blacks here. (((Someone else))) did. We Just tolerated them too long, and our high trust society didn't catch that (((someone else))) taught is blacks were just like us. It's partially our fault, the same way it's the fault of someone who eats poorly and gets the flu. It will be completely our fault from the time we realize what happened, if we do nothing about it.
