Most of the peoples of Egypt were once white. They crossbred and a large influx of Africans continued to change the demographics.
Even two thousand years ago, the people of Egypt looked nothing like they do today.
But the yaya thing? That's a pretty large claim, that yuya was joseph.
I can't directly address that.
But, Hebrew appears to be very closely related to Yiddish. Yiddish is the precursor to old German. Yiddish is an aryan language.
Yiddish, Hebrew, ancient Egyptian, and Welsh, are all closely related. Yiddish and Welsh are confirmed aryan languages. See tribe of Dan for this connection.

Although they were eventually driven out by Ahmose I around 100 years later (in what the Jews call the Exodus), Egypt was never the same and it eventually degenerated into the Arab morass that it is today.
