Giving people more of the wealth they produce has a tremendous effect. Modern workers drag their ass because theysee nepotistic managers and all of their wages go to hedge fund managers and banks. Taxes are a relatively small portion of what is taken from them, but they see that go to niggers. The modern worker is demoralized and has no incentive to excel.
