Perpetrator jews like Rothschild, Baruch created the Federal Reserve, and before that they created and engaged in fractional banking. Both creates money by creating debt on balance sheets. This is commonly called printing money as a metaphor. But it is the Fed pullling money out of their ass and charging interest for it. Yellen heads the treasury now but was formerly head of the Fed. Goldman Sachs, Vanguard, Blackrock are investment banks who have access to this money at low interest rates and manage capital, and through that control all of the world's corporations and countries. They are all controlled by perpetrator jews. This is how the world is controlled. All banking starts with the Fed, and their respective pendant in other countries/economies, since it creates loans to commercial banks, and like you say, it's controlled by Rothschild.
