Its likely these skulls are the skulls of those travelers.
These skulls are NOT Shaped by boards. They have a larger volume than normal skulls and they are missing a major joint in the normal skull plates called a "suture" so they AREN'T just skulls shaped by tradition.
What is likely is that natives sought to make their chikdren look more like the smarter Caucasians so they started the practice of binding and shaping their babies skulls.
Its also pretty remarkable that these skulls actually exist in the thousands and they have larger eyes as well. It notable how much they look like classic aliens and literally like the tall headed alien monster. Evidence of a closer DNA tie to alien DNA intervention in human ancestry?
And of course you well never look at the Egyptian pharoah crowns the same way again. Either they were designed to cover actual taller skulls of the early rulers are they were later designed by small skulls to make them look more like taller skulled ancient rulers and teachers.
