For years the Japs have denied their war crimes that the west accuses them of, and for years I didn't believe them. But ever since i realized the holohoax lie, I've reconsidered everything I've previously learned regarding the Japanese.
Every time I think of Japan I think of the house of the rising sun song
My wife is from Micronesia... an island nation that was under Jap control during the war. Her island still tell stories of the atrocities the Japs inflicted on the families of her island. Rapes and murder were dolled out with impunity, at the whims of commanders. I'm pretty sure the Japs wreaked havoc, and history is relatively accurate on this.
like mentioned it was a brutal time in history, imperialism isn't objectively bad but that doesn't mean there were no inhuman acts. The focus here is the Nanjing massacre, a city in which only had 200,000-250,000 people according to Japanese food rationing records, but westerner propaganda sperging about the lives of 300,000 dead citizens.
Its worth mentioning stories over an entire century become warped, and westerner propaganda potentially infiltrated their history.
Sounds very similar to Vietnam.
