“And how we burned in the camps later, thinking: What would things have been like if every Security operative, when he went out at night to make an arrest, had been uncertain whether he would return alive and had to say good-bye to his family? Or if, during periods of mass arrests, as for example in Leningrad, when they arrested a quarter of the entire city, people had not simply sat there in their lairs, paling with terror at every bang of the downstairs door and at every step on the staircase, but had understood they had nothing left to lose and had boldly set up in the downstairs hall an ambush of half a dozen people with axes, hammers, pokers, or whatever else was at hand?... The Organs would very quickly have suffered a shortage of officers and transport and, notwithstanding all of Stalin's thirst, the cursed machine would have ground to a halt! If...if...We didn't love freedom enough. And even more – we had no awareness of the real situation.... We purely and simply deserved everything that happened afterward.”

I think that's the true mind fuck in all this. I used to think that the way these things worked out in the past was that most were under the psychosis. What I've learned, especially in the last 2 years, is that only about 20-30% are truly fucked in the head. Another 30% are completely sane and rational and the majority in the middle are just sheep that will lean whichever makes them feel less wrong and stupid.

It's one thing to sit in the camps as the russians and others have, and then realize the part you played in your own tragedy. Then imagine being the guy who'd seen it all along. Spent 30 years being labeled as insane and consipiracy theorist and still wound up in the camps next to the same idiots.

What would you do to that idiot. If they so much as told me "Well you probably shouldn't have kept all the knowledge to yourself and you should have done more to educate us." I would probably snap and beat them to within an inch of their life, only because death by my hands is too good for them.

The pragmatic and moral voice in my head says "Beat the shit out of them now, before the camps actually come." I'm not a pacifist, so when I say don't literally assault people its only because I believe in this case it won't actually help to literally get physical. But I am done being polite. This is their fault and ours if we don't give them enough shit, make them feel stupid, fuck their feelings. We don't have many ways left to fight back anymore and guns truly are not the best solution in regards to the interests of the people.

See someone wearing a mask, take some time to tell them how stupid and childish they are. I don't have much family that is unplugged, just a few close friends. Anyone I know or meet who is awake is my family in the sense that I will and have already bent over backwards to do favors. Someone stranded on the roadside, I'll pull over and check on you. If you're a sheep I'll probably tell you my phone is dead and I'm late for work and drive off. But I meet someone who is awake and I'll call off work to help you sort out your car. I think it's this behavior that will really make the difference.

Those who "trust the system" have built the foundational pillars of their world view on lies.

When you shake those pillars they will react with fear and vitriol.

I'm not saying "don't try", but don't be surprised when they double down.

It doesn't do shit. That's why I've beaten so many people in my life.

I skipped the conversation, I knew the vitriol was coming so I had mine first.

I can accurately predict the outcome of any social interaction, with almost anyone.
