The final solution was the creation of a jewish homeland. Without Hitler, Israel may have never been created.

I don't disagree with your second statement. However, AFAIK, the final solution was the expulsion and free transport of Jews to Madagascar, whereby Israel then paid for transport to Israel. This was required because they couldn't get Jews to come to Israel. It is confirmed Hitler negotiated and was working with the Jewish community.

Perhaps a minor nit as we appear to be saying the same thing.
