One of the most frequently asked questions about the Holocaust and the Nazi party is whether Adolf Hitler was Jewish or had Jewish ancestors. The question received new media attention in May 2022 when Russia’s foreign minister claimed Hitler had Jewish blood.

Though the idea may seem preposterous to some, the question seems to stem from the remote possibility that Hitler's grandfather was Jewish. Hitler’s father, Alois, was registered as an illegitimate child with no father when born in 1837 and to this day Hitler’s paternal grandfather is unknown. In 1842, Johann Georg Hiedler married Alois’s mother. Alois was brought up in the family of Hiedler’s brother, Johann Nepomuk Hiedler. In 1876, when Alois was 39, he was made legitimate and his baptismal record annotated by a priest to register Johann Georg Hiedler as Alois’s father (recorded as Georg Hitler). Alois then assumed the surname Hitler.

In his 1953 memoir In the Face of the Gallows (published after his execution in 1946), Hitler’s lawyer Hans Frank claimed that Hitler had told him to investigate rumors of him having Jewish ancestry. Frank said Hitler showed him a letter from a nephew who threatened to reveal he had Jewish blood. Frank wrote that he found evidence that Hitler’s grandfather was Jewish and that Alois’ mother, Maria Schicklgruber, worked as a cook in the home of a wealthy Jewish family named Frankenreiter in Graz. Austria, was impregnated by a member of the family – possibly their 19-year-old son – when she was 42.

Historians dispute his account. Ian Kershaw, for example, wrote in his biography of Hitler Hubris, “A family named Frankenreiter did live there, but was not Jewish. There is no evidence that Maria Anna was ever in Graz, let alone employed by the butcher Leopold Frankenreiter.”

In fact, no Jews lived in Graz at the time. They were expelled in the 15th century and didn't return until decades after Hitler’s father was born.

In 1933, the London Daily Mirror published a picture of a gravestone in a Jewish cemetery in Bucharest inscribed with some Hebrew characters and the name Adolf Hitler, but this Bucharest Hitler could not have been the Nazi leader’s grandfather. At the time, though, this picture sufficiently worried Hitler that he had the Nazi law defining Jewishness written to exclude Jesus Christ and himself.

In 2010, the British paper The Daily Telegraph reported that a study had been conducted in which saliva samples were collected from 39 of Hitler’s known relatives to test their DNA origins and found, though inconclusively, that Hitler may have Jewish origins. The paper reported: A chromosome called Haplogroup E1b1b1 which showed up in [the Hitler] samples is rare in Western Europe and is most commonly found in the Berbers of Morocco, Algeria and Tunisia, as well as among Ashkenazi and Sephardic Jews ... Haplogroup E1b1b1, which accounts for approximately 18 to 20 per cent of Ashkenazi and 8.6 per cent to 30 per cent of Sephardic Y-chromosomes, appears to be one of the major founding lineages of the Jewish population. This study, though scientific by nature, is inconclusive.

Despite the claims, Adolf Hitler was not Jewish.

Although Johann Georg Hiedler was considered the officially accepted paternal grandfather of Adolf Hitler by the Third Reich, the question of who his grandfather was has caused much speculation, and the answer remains unknown.[14][15] German historian Joachim Fest wrote that: The indulgence normally accorded to a man's origins is out of place in the case of Adolf Hitler, who made documentary proof of Aryan ancestry a matter of life and death for millions of people but himself possessed no such document. He did not know who his grandfather was. Intensive research into his origins, accounts of which have been distorted by propagandist legends and which are in any case confused and murky, has failed so far to produce a clear picture. National Socialist versions skimmed over the facts and emphasised, for example, that the population of the so-called Waldviertel, from which Hitler came, had been 'tribally German since the Migration of the Peoples', or more generally, that Hitler had 'absorbed the powerful forces of this German granite landscape into his blood through his father'.[16]

Hitler essentially exempted himself from showing proof of aryan ancestry...

You still having shown anything to actually substantiate Hitler being a joo, other than inuenndo and 2nd or 3rd hand stories. That's a fact. You simply want to promote and support an obvious joo narrative. Hitler has never claimed 'he never knew who his Grandfather was'. That's a fact.

Hans Frank who 'claimed Hitler asked me to investigate his ancestry .... but assured me he spoke with his mother and grandmother concerning the matter ....' could not have happened as Frank claimed, Hitler's Grandmother died before he was born - Hans Frank didn't know that (because Hitler never had the discussion with him) and this information came from Frank as he was being tortured precedent the Nuremburg Trials and coughing up anything he thought might save him. His testimony is wholly unreliable.

I have the Joachim Fest Hitler biography in one of my bookcases - like a half hundred other 'Hitler biographies' it's speculative innuendo (at best) cleverly crafted around fact (joo storytelling) - Joachim Fest was not a neutral historian - as a teen he moved schools to purposely avoid having to join the Hitler Youth (before it was made compulsory) and then only joined the Wehrmacht at 18 so he wouldn't have to join the SS - his words. His book is long boring nonsense that sets out known facts and timelines then weaves in complete conflatory nonsense - toilet paper. You seemed to think your 'that's a fact' makes him a joo - without having actual evidence of him being a joo. If Hitler was a joo - all his 30 + Living relative's would have DNA chromosome markers for jewry - they don't and only a single HALF-SISTER apparently does. Explain that.

And you still pretend there's no possible doubt about hitler's ancestry, which is completely irrational, given the fact that nobody knows who his paternal grandfather actually was

Lets take this slowly , seeing as you completely miss the cogent point each and every time i have mentioned it.

The allegation is 'Hitler was a joo - because no-one knows who his Grandfather is'.

30+ of his living Blood relatives gave DNA samples. Not one had joo ancestry except a HALF SISTER who 'apparently' has a rare joo chromosome and even then they remind that is inconclusive.

Hitler clearly wasn't a joo or all the Blood relatives would have joo ancestry as well - they verifiably don't. That is a fact that no amount of joo sophistry and continual repeating of dispersion, scurrilous innuendo, here say and outright falsity can overcome. Even with the overwhelming lack of proof and substantial evidence to the contrary, Some still just want to believe the dirty filthy joo lugen presse ....
