Yes it is mentioned on Wikipedia but even there it states that it is held at Bohemian Grove. It's a ritual, not a "summer play," and Bohemian Grove is not a "state park," it's a private, secret club. The Wikipedia page does not refute Mark Dice's information, it says this:
"The Cremation of Care is an annual ritual production written, produced, and performed by and for members of the Bohemian Club and staged at the Bohemian Grove near Monte Rio, California at a small artificial lake amid a private old-growth grove of Redwood trees. "
and this:
"...but the secretive nature of the Bohemians and the political power of some of its members have been criticized. "
Alex Jones is a part of the story, over 20 years ago, but it's not about him: it's just a historical fact.
Admittedly though, Dice is trying to sell his book with this video.
