As a response to a federal order by the Department of Defense, West Point is starting to remove all Confederate statues and portraits from its campus.

Don't worry, the American Civil War history will never best lost. We are stuck with those details, forever. Removing portraits of traitor losers will not magically erase the mountains of history we have on that war.

Oh really? Poor misunderstood Robert E. Lee, didn't understand he was fighting for Slavery rights this whole time. He was such a poor, dumb, imbecile.

In their Secession justification, Virginia was quite clear why they seceded: "oppression of… Southern slaveholding..."
