While many medical doctors in the US refuse to treat C19 patients as long as the FDA hasn't approved the medications, many doctors do it anyway, they prescribe Ivermectin, HCQ, Famotidine, blood thinner, steroids, convalescent plasma and so on. In Germany, medical doctors haven't even heard about the cures. Nobody asks how old overweight people like Trump and Giuliani can leave the hospital within days. Even the doctors who don't trust the Robert Koch Institute for infectious diseases (CDC analog) don't know nothing about prevention and cures, instead they believe that it's just the flu. So sick people are sent home without treatment until their oxygen level is low enough for the ICU.
