The only thing jews really have against nazi ideology/system is the fact that jews aren't on top of the food chain when it comes to it, they aren't the "god chosen people", the superior race, the so called aryan race while everybody else is considered lesser humans/goys
It's the place they are relegated to, in the nazi system, that they have a problem with, not the system itself
Because really, that's what judaism preaches ultimately; non jews are to be considered lesser humans. And jews who aren't males and who don't believe in the religion, are considered lesser jews, lesser "full humans" if you will

Lehi twice attempted to form an alliance with the Nazis, proposing a Jewish state based on "nationalist and totalitarian principles, and linked to the German Reich by an alliance".[14][15] After Stern's death in 1942, the new leadership of Lehi began to move it towards support for Joseph Stalin's Soviet Union[9] and the ideology of National Bolshevism, which was considered an amalgam of both right and left.[16][14] Regarding themselves as "revolutionary Socialists", the new Lehi developed a highly original ideology combining an "almost mystical" belief in Greater Israel with support for the Arab liberation struggle.[9] This sophisticated ideology failed to gain public support and Lehi faired poorly in the first Israeli elections.[17] ... In 1980, Israel instituted a military decoration, an "award for activity in the struggle for the establishment of Israel", the Lehi ribbon.[22] Former Lehi leader Yitzhak Shamir became Prime Minister of Israel in 1983.
