4.25% Salt Brine
(2 Tbsp sea salt to 1 Qt H2O)
Cloves
Star Anise
Allspice Berries
Peppercorns
Fresh Horseradish Leaves +
Bay Leaves +
Whole Cherries =
Tannins because there is nothing sadder than a mushy pickle.
