If you own the property then it isn't public urination or public indecency... or, at least, shouldn't be.
We just need more laws to make the ones we already have less confusing, don't you think?

This is America. The State really owns the property. The State tells us what we may do and what we must not do on the property. In America, sadly, ownership is a concept not a reality. Damn shame really but a political reality.

I live on 5 remote acres in a forest in the Blue Ridge Mountains. I've gone out with shampoo on summer days and showered in the front yard during storms. Just to do it. Pissin' outside is common hereabouts.
