I can push more groceries in a cart than I can lift. This is self evident. If this were not the case then carts would not exist. The purpose of carts is to enable the transportation of more shit at once. Therefor logic dictates that at some point you can buy more shit than you can carry and push it out of the store in a cart and this is only a function of how much shit you bought not the shape of your genitalia.

You pick it up and carry it in side. If you have bought an amount of shit that exceeds your carrying capacity but was less than the cart's carrying capacity then two trips will be necessary.
