I knew a women Mexican roofer who was an all-star. That bitch was a sure footed goat, always was hunting extra hours and made the other men work harder so as not to be shown up by a woman. I would have hired 10 of her if I could have. That being said, I have worked with female electricians, framers, product reps, architects, and engineers. They have all been unmitigated garbage. Even the female engineers who have been extremely intelligent and capable always had some blind spot and victimhood complex with normal/healthy job site banter that in the end damaged productivity.
