Exposed breasts are a sure indicator of incompetence. Number one, it's bad etiquette to begin with. Two, it's an underhanded attempt to sway men's opinions in their favor, and everyone knows it. Three, it says "I can't perform on my own merit, so here let me distract you with my boobs instead."
Not all women are horrible to have to work with, though. Really miss this one lady we had in our company who was in her 60's, was based as hell, had no filter on the shit she said. Called the black lady gorilla on a number of occasions, winding up in HR office. This woman has said shit that made ME blush, on a regular basis. Guess they never fired her because the job ain't for regular dumbasses and she was fantastic at it.
