Problem happens in Philly pretty bad.

Philly is an old city, with old, small roads where people park illegally.

Truckers from the middle of the country will come with 53' and try to make a turn down a tertiary street in South Philly.

Was doing a job in the Hamptons, got detoured through Brooklyn on way back to Pennsylvania Live an hour outside of Philly, but never encountered fuckery like that there

West Village and Financial District are probably the most annoying neighborhoods as far as driving, but all of NYC is dog shit. Whoever mentioned Philly gets a gold star because a lot of those streets are super narrow in places like Kenington.
