The panic/anxiety attacks are pretty normal as soon as I wake up.
It doesn't matter if I drink or not the night before.
I get the strong urge to vomit, you know how it feels, secreting extra saliva, getting ready to puke.
I just feel like I need to puke. I never do.
It mostly feels like
Oh God, the Good Dreams have ended, and I've woken back up into the Hell I went to sleep in
But then I go about my day, as if nothing ever happened.
